Powered From Within – Terms & Conditions


1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sports massage therapy, personal training sessions, programmes, and related services (“Services”) provided by Powered From Within (“Provider”). By booking or receiving any Service, the client (“Client”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Client Health & Safety

  • Clients must complete all required health questionnaires, consent forms, or medical information documents prior to receiving Services.
  • Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, illnesses, pregnancies, allergies, or medications that may affect their ability to safely participate.
  • Powered From Within reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the Client.


3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the session, depending on the Provider’s policies.
  • Packages or block bookings (if offered) must be used within the stated validity period and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required under UK consumer law.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48 Hours)

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged at 100% of the session fee.
  • If Powered From Within needs to cancel or reschedule, the Client will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund for any prepaid session.


5. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their session, but the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
  • If a Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a missed appointment and charged in full.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided where required under UK consumer law or at the Provider’s discretion.
  • Fees for completed sessions, late cancellations, or missed appointments are non-refundable.


7. Conduct & Professional Boundaries

  • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Powered From Within reserves the right to end any session immediately if necessary, and full payment will still apply.
  • Clients must follow safety and exercise instructions given by the Provider.


8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. Powered From Within is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to appointments or training sessions.


9. Liability

  • Clients participate in all sessions at their own risk.
  • Powered From Within is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or complications arising from a Client’s failure to disclose relevant medical information or from disregarding safety instructions.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing safe and effective services.
  • Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent.


11. Changes to Terms

Powered From Within reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be made available to Clients.
